Proactive really helps me. It does dry out my skin, so now I use the green tea moisturizer and it works really well to prevent dry skin. You have to use it as directed. People who only use it a few times a week should not be on here bashing a product that they do not use correctly. Almost out so before I order again I am going to try that Clearasil adult since I hear it contains sulfar I am allergic to all those hydro-acid type products anyway.
